Aveo Group Class Action Settlement Scheme Registration Form

On 22 November 2023, Mr. Steven Nicols of Nicols and Brien Chartered Accountants was appointed Administrator of the Aveo Group Class Action Settlement Scheme in Federal Court proceedings VID996/2017.

Please read the eligibility criteria below to see if you are eligible to participate in the settlement scheme.

Eligibility to participate in the Settlement Scheme

Eligible Group Members in Class Action VID 996/2017

The Group Members who are eligible to participate in the settlement are Group Members who:

(a) are not Current Aveo Residents;

AND

(b) as at 27 March 2023 are either:

Freehold Group Members who sold the unit to Aveo or a related entity of Aveo such that it would simultaneously be leased to an incoming resident on the terms of an "Aveo Way" contract;

Leasehold Group Members who surrendered their leasehold interest in their unit to Aveo or a related entity of Aveo such that it would be simultaneously be leased to an incoming resident on the terms of an "Aveo Way" contract.
